- 4 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly wilted but still crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and water.
- Pour the sauce over the bok choy and stir well to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Add chili flakes if desired and season with salt and black pepper.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm.
