Best BLT Wraps with Secret Sauce Recipe

- 4 large flour tortillas (or your choice of wraps)
- 8 slices of bacon (crispy cooked)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 large tomato (sliced)
- 1/2 avocado (sliced, optional)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy for about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
- Spread a generous amount of the secret sauce over the tortilla.
- Layer with crispy bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and avocado (if using). Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Cut the wrap in half diagonally for easy eating.
- Serve immediately, with extra secret sauce on the side for dipping if desired.
