- 2 6-ounce Ahi tuna steaks

Instructions
- Gently pat the ahi tuna steaks with a paper towel on both sides to remove moisture.
- Evenly coat both sides of the tuna steaks with the homemade blackening seasoning.
- Place a large pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Place the seasoned tuna steaks in the hot pan and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Flip the steaks carefully and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
