Super Easy Biscoff Muffins that Melt in Your Mouth
Ingredients

- 400 g Biscoff spread
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp Biscoff spread for drizzling
- 4 pcs Lotus Biscoff biscuits crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper cases.
- Microwave the Biscoff spread for 40 seconds, then transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Combine the baking powder with the melted Biscoff spread, stirring well.
- Add the lightly beaten eggs and mix until a thick glossy batter forms.
- Divide the batter among the muffin cases, filling them about ¾ full, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool the muffins on a wire rack.
- Drizzle warm Biscoff spread over the muffins and sprinkle with crumbled biscuits.
