- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the water and brown sugar. Stir until fully dissolved and steaming.
- Lower the heat and whisk in the Biscoff cookie butter. Mix until smooth and fully melted into the liquid.
- Add cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine the flavors.
- Simmer gently on low heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and cool for 5–10 minutes. Optionally strain for an ultra-smooth finish.
- Transfer to a clean glass jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Shake before each use.
- Warm slightly if it thickens during storage.
