- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries under cold water and remove any stems or damaged berries.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and orange juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the cranberries and orange zest to the saucepan. Return to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the cinnamon and remove from heat. Let cool before serving.
