  • 2 cups Fritos or Doritos
  • 1 cup cheese dip, warmed (like nacho cheese)
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef, breaking it apart until fully browned.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water/broth. Stir and cook until combined.
  3. (Optional) Stir in refried beans. Thin with water if needed.
  4. Heat rice and warm tortillas.
