Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss gently to coat the salmon evenly with the seasonings.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches.
