Delicious Banana Walnut Cake

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf or round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Mix in the granulated sugar and vegetable oil until combined. Add the eggs and whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold this mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing out the top as needed.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
