- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower seed)
- 1/4 cup toppings (crushed nuts, granola, chocolate chips, or sprinkles)
- 2 whole wheat tortillas or rice paper wraps
Instructions
- Lay out the tortilla or rice paper on a clean surface. If using rice paper, dip briefly in warm water until pliable.
- Spread nut butter generously across the tortilla or rice paper, leaving about an inch around the edges.
- Place whole bananas along one edge of the spread base. For flair, slice them lengthwise before placing!
- Sprinkle your chosen toppings over the bananas.
- Roll tightly from the edge where the bananas are placed. Secure with nut butter if necessary.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate.
