A delicious and creamy banana strawberry pudding dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Slice bananas and layer them in a serving dish.
- Add a layer of strawberry slices on top of the bananas.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the fruit layers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
