- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- ½ cup chocolate protein powder
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: mini chocolate chips, chia seeds, or crushed nuts
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed banana, nut butter, and vanilla.
- Stir in protein powder, oats, cocoa powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- Fold in optional add-ins if using.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
