- 3 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, then mix in mashed bananas and milk.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Gently fold in chopped walnuts.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups and bake for 18–22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a rack.
