Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes. Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the creamed mixture, mixing until combined.
  3. Stir in the mashed bananas until evenly incorporated.
