  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim baby carrots and Brussels sprouts. Halve larger Brussels sprouts for even cooking.
