- 1 pound Brussels sprouts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim baby carrots and Brussels sprouts. Halve larger Brussels sprouts for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine carrots and Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the glazed vegetables on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even browning.
