  • 12 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 23 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Halve and core the pears, creating a small well in the center.
  3. Brush the cut sides with olive oil or melted butter.
  4. Place pears cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until pears are tender but not mushy.
  7. Remove from oven and top with crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
  8. Drizzle generously with honey and garnish with thyme if using.
  9. Serve warm.
