- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Halve and core the pears, creating a small well in the center.
- Brush the cut sides with olive oil or melted butter.
- Place pears cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking dish.
- Sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until pears are tender but not mushy.
- Remove from oven and top with crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
- Drizzle generously with honey and garnish with thyme if using.
- Serve warm.
