- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for about 15 minutes for enhanced flavor.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Halfway through baking, baste the chicken with the marinade for extra flavor and moisture.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- If desired, sprinkle fresh parsley over the top for a pop of color and flavor.
