- 1 spiral-cut ham (7–9 pounds), fully cooked
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple rings, drained
- 2 cups fresh or maraschino cherries
- Toothpicks for securing fruit

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Rinse the ham under cold water and pat dry. Score the ham if not pre-scored.
- Place the ham cut-side down in a large roasting pan. Pour pineapple juice and water into the pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper until smooth.
- Bake the covered ham for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 120°F (49°C).
- Remove the ham from the oven and brush half of the glaze over the surface. Arrange pineapple rings and cherries on top.
- Return the ham to the oven uncovered, and bake for another 30-45 minutes, brushing with remaining glaze every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
