Description

Baked Ham and Cheese Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make dish perfect for gatherings or a quick meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (or any soft dinner rolls)
  • 12 slices of deli ham
  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese (or your preferred cheese)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the dish.
  3. Layer the deli ham evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Then, place the Swiss cheese slices on top of the ham. Finally, place the top half of the rolls back on top.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the sliders, ensuring that the tops are well coated.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Slice them apart and serve warm.
