Description

These flavor-packed, moist ham and cheese rolls are easy to make. Top the pizza dough with the ham, cheese, and other ingredients, let the rolls rise, add the sauce, and bake them.


Ingredients

  • ½ C. Melted butter
  • 1 Refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 8 Slices of deli ham
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Poppy seeds
  • 8 Slices of swiss cheese
  • 2 tsp. Dried minced onion

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough out to an 8×16 rectangle.
  3. Brush the dough with some butter.
  4. Layer the ham and then the cheese on the dough.
  5. Roll the dough up tightly into a long log shape.
  6. Cut the log into 9 evenly sized slices.
  7. Lay the slices in a well greased 9×9 baking dish, and allow to rise for 20 minutes.
  8. Blend together the remaining melted butter with the Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and minced onion.
  9. Pour the sauce over the rolls and bake for 30-40 minutes.
