- 8 oz block feta cheese
- ⅓ cup mixed olives, pitted and sliced
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Fresh thyme or parsley, chopped
- Lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a small oven-safe baking dish.
- Place the block of feta in the center of the dish.
- Scatter olives and sun-dried tomatoes over and around the feta.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until the feta is soft and lightly golden at the edges.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh herbs or lemon zest if desired.
- Serve immediately while warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
