  • 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped and sautéed
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds or sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish or sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach, cream cheese, feta, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Unroll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Spread the spinach filling evenly, leaving a ½-inch border.
  4. Roll up tightly like a jelly roll and slice into 1½-inch rounds.
  5. Place rolls cut-side up in the baking dish. Brush tops with egg wash.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan and poppy seeds. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed.
