- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet, tray, or large plate with parchment paper.
- Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
- Stir the peanut butter and honey into the melted white chocolate until the mixture is creamy and fully combined.
- Fold in the broken pretzels and mix gently until all the pieces are coated.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared parchment, forming small clusters.
- Place the clusters in the refrigerator for 25 to 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled clusters.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if using.
- Chill again for 10 to 15 minutes until the chocolate is set, then serve or store.
