- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats, peanut butter, and honey until well combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and cranberries.
- Use a spoon to scoop and roll into small balls (about 1-inch wide).
- Place on a plate or tray and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.
