- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until no streaks remain.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
