- For the crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- For the filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- Optional toppings:
- Fresh berries
- Fruit preserves
- Chocolate shavings
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
- Press into a parchment-lined 9×13-inch pan. Chill in the fridge while making the filling.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whip cold cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture until fluffy and smooth.
- Spread filling evenly over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
- Before serving, top with fruit, preserves, or chocolate. Slice into squares and serve.
