A rich and creamy fudge infused with Bailey’s Irish Cream.
Ingredients

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional toppings: Chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans), chocolate shavings, or a sprinkle of sea salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, Bailey’s Irish Cream, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth. This should take about 5 minutes.
- Line an 8×8-inch (or 9×9-inch) square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts, chocolate shavings, or a pinch of sea salt on top of the fudge.
- Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until fully set. You can also refrigerate it to speed up the process.
- Once the fudge is set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift it out of the pan.
- Cut the fudge into small squares or rectangles.
