Description

A rich and creamy fudge infused with Bailey’s Irish Cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional toppings: Chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans), chocolate shavings, or a sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, Bailey’s Irish Cream, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth. This should take about 5 minutes.
  3. Line an 8×8-inch (or 9×9-inch) square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts, chocolate shavings, or a pinch of sea salt on top of the fudge.
  6. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until fully set. You can also refrigerate it to speed up the process.
  7. Once the fudge is set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift it out of the pan.
  8. Cut the fudge into small squares or rectangles.
