- 2 everything bagels, sliced and halved
- 3 mini plain bagels, halved
- 3 mini chocolate chip bagels, halved
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (chives, parsley)
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. Lightly toast bagels for 5 minutes.
- Divide cream cheese into three bowls. Mix one with chopped herbs, another with strawberry jam and blueberries, and leave the third plain topped with seasoning.
- Prepare a large serving board or platter for arranging.
- Arrange halved bagels around the board and place cream cheese bowls in the center.
- Fill in spaces with fresh berries, mint, and any extras like honey or fruit slices.
- Clean bowl edges, add sprigs of garnish, and set out small knives or spoons for serving.
- Serve and let guests build their own perfect bagel bite.
