- 8 slices Bacon (Cooked and chopped)
- 4 large Eggs (Beaten)
- 1 cup Cheese (Shredded, optional)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry (Thawed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked bacon, beaten eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the filling onto the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
