- 2 cups apples (peeled and diced)
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup butter (melted)
- 0.5 cup milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in apples and transfer to pan.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely and drizzle with cinnamon glaze.
