- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)

- Chocolate sauce or caramel sauce
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer. Use the back of a measuring cup or your fingers to pack it down tightly.
- Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This will give your cheesecake a light and airy texture.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Remove the crust from the refrigerator and pour the cream cheese filling over the crust. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Smooth the top of the cheesecake and cover it with plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
Notes
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with your choice of fresh fruit, chocolate sauce, or caramel sauce for added flavor.
