  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted unsalted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove and cool completely.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple butter. Mix until creamy.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time on low speed.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
