- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup apple butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted unsalted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove and cool completely.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple butter. Mix until creamy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time on low speed.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for one hour to cool.
- Remove from the oven and let it reach room temperature before serving or refrigerating.
