- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1.5 ounces Amaretto liqueur

- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ⅔ cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a medium heat-proof bowl.
- Add sliced almonds to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- In a small saucepan, simmer the heavy cream without boiling.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Stir in the Amaretto liqueur and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Roll the firm mixture into 1-inch balls using a cookie scoop.
