Savory Air Fryer Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms – Juicy, Flavorful & Easy
Ingredients

- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (60 g)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (50 g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Gently wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and scrape out the gills if desired.
- Brush the mushroom caps lightly with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon the stuffing mixture into each mushroom cap and press gently so the filling stays in place.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the topping becomes golden.
- Remove from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
