- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs. Mix well until it’s a fragrant, cohesive blend.
- Lightly brush each chicken breast with olive oil. Then, dip the chicken into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it’s thoroughly coated for irresistible crunch.
- Place the crumb-coated chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don’t crowd them; give them space to crisp up beautifully.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Flip them halfway for even crispiness!
- Carefully remove the chicken from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite sides, like a fresh salad or creamy mashed potatoes.
