Description
Cowboy Crack Dip is a creamy, cheesy dip loaded with bacon, jalapeño, and corn. It’s perfect for parties and can be served cold or warm.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1 cup corn
- ¼ cup bacon bits
- 1 green onion, diced
- 1 medium jalapeno, finely diced
Instructions
- Dice the green onion and jalapeno.
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch seasoning together in a large bowl, until well combined.
- Fold in the cheese, corn, bacon, green onion and jalapeno.
- Serve cold or add to a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees to serve warm.
